Q: 母国語はなんですか？
A: 広東語です。
Q: リッチモンド・フレンドリーにはいつ入会しましたか？
A: 2018年です。
Q: クラブにはどういった理由で入会したのですか？
A: コミュニケーションの力、スピーチをする力を磨きたかったからです。
Q: どのPathwaysにチャレンジしていますか？（注１）
A: すでに、Motivational Strategies を終了し、Effective Coaching and Presentation Masteryに取り組んでいます。
Q: クラブでの活動は私生活で役立っていますか・
A: 広東語です。もちろんです！私は人前で話すことに自信を持つことができました。また、クラブのオフィサーをすることで、リーダーシップ力を養いました。クラブ活動を通して多くの友人を得ることができました。
Q: このブログの読者の方に向けて、一言お願いします。
A: コミュニケーション力、リーダーシップ力は、私生活でも仕事でも大切な力です。私たちはクラブ活動を通してたくさんのものを得てきました。以前よりも、より仕事のキャリアが積みやすくなったというメンバー、職場でキャリアアップに成功したメンバー、私たちは様々な恩恵にあずかってきています。トーストマスターズの信念は「実際に行動をしながら学ぶ」ということです。
リッチモンド・フレンドリーでは、フレンドリーで、仲間と助け合い、ポジティブな環境であり、多くの学びが得られる場です。
皆さん、きっと会費が高いのではないかと心配なのではないでしょうか？会費はびっくりするほど安いです。計算すると、3.15カナダドル（週）しかかかりません。
このブログを見てくださってる皆さんには、ぜひ、これを機会に遊びに来ていただきたいと思っています。
毎週カナダ時間（PST）で火曜日19時15分（日本時間で水曜日午前11時15分）に活動しています。
（注１） トーストマスターズ・クラブでは、11種類のプログラムがあり、メンバーは自分が必要なスキルを考え、どのプログラムにするかを自分で決めます。

The following is an interview with YM, our
VPE (Vice president of education).
Q: Which language is your mother language?
A: Cantonese
Q: When did you join the Richmond Friendly Toastmasters club?
A: 2018
Q: Why did you join Richmond Friendly?
A: I wanted to improve my communication and public speaking skills.
Q: Which pathway(s) do you have?
A: I
completed one path named Motivational Strategies. I am currently working on Effective Coaching
and Presentation Mastery.
Q: Do you think your club activities are helping your work or private life?
A: They are absolutely helpful
and enjoyable. I have confidence to
speak in front of people. My ability to
communicate with others has become more effective. Taking the club officer role also help me
develop leadership skills. I make many
new friends in the Toastmasters circle as well.
Q: Any message to our blog readers, please?
A: Communication,
public speaking, and leadership skills are very important to our daily life,
school, and career. The principle of Toastmasters International is
"learning by doing". The
Richmond Friendly Toastmasters club provides a friendly, supportive, and
positive learning environment for the members to practice, and develop those
skills. Our members gain a lot after
joining us. Some of them find jobs easier than before. Some get a promotion at work, The readers may
think that the membership dues would be very high. In fact, the dues are
incredibly low, less than CAD 3.15/week.
